Requirements :
- Male or female, maximum 26 years old
- Minimum D3, any majors are welcome, as long as able to showcase the requirements stated below
- Strong collaboration & communication skills in order to work effectively with various clients and teams across various functions, levels, and backgrounds
- Eager to learn and willing to accept new challenges in a dynamic working environment
- Proven experience in handling social media ads. Fresh graduates with experience in handling organization ads are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical mindset and basic knowledge of performance marketing metrics
- Familiarity with Google Suites, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Moderate English, able to understand English learning material
- Willing to work from our office in Surabaya
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Digital Strategist on
- Execute and monitor planned optimization of all digital marketing activities using ads platform (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, SEM) to reach maximum KPI at the optimum level, including budgeting for each ads platform
- Convert campaign guideline into brief for KOLs and similar third parties
- Convert social media and ads activity into monthly report, assess against KPI, identify insights, issues and give recommendations for monthly campaigns
- Observe creatives and all ad asset creation brainstorming process by copywriter’s team
- Upload client’s social media content in various platform
